  1. This is a great point.

    I think we Muslims should also keep in mind that the % of hadith considered to be in category of sahih or hasan that is found by manuscript in the first century is perhaps also 0%.

    [Of course many hadith have the power of corroborating isnads which increases the chance that it is true (or at least the gist of what is narrated is true) but usually the first and sometimes even the second narrator is not corroborated and that is troubling].

  2. I have a 21st century manuscript of the original biblical text in english.
