In the video by Dr Ali Ataie on Isaiah 42, the speaker made some very false and inaccurate claims about the Shi’a. Perhaps you could be more open minded and balanced about the Shia as you have been towards Islam generally. Your objective approach in your talks is commendable.
Dr Ali Ataie grouped together the Shi’a with the Christians and made some sweeping statements.
In the case of the Shi’a, he cited the issue of *“Immaculate Imamate”* as the example for “not explicitly found in their primary texts”. *Well it is in fact explicitly found in the holy Qur’an.*
