I don’t know about others but I don’t need an external validation for the existence of God. I think looking for an external validation is completely against the Islamic concepts of tawheed (belief in the existence and oneness of God without any physical validation) and risalah (belief in the truthfulness of of all the prophets from Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon them)).
The external validation that theists seek is that they are right, that their version is the correct one. That depends on other humans since this god does nothing.
