It could be Farsi / Persian. We have “p” . The Arabs could not pronounce “p” when they did their Jihads against Persia / Pars – so “Parsee” became “Farsee”.
Except the last letter looks like an “n” rather than a “z” (the way English pronunciation sounds of “Williams”, even though “s”, it sounds like “z”. Maybe it is a “z”, since the fancy calligraphy is difficult for me to tell which one it is.
