  1. You read from his book that the author wrote: “James was not really a Christian” – LOL

The Lutheran Minister just anathematized himself. He is some kind of liberal and not a true minister of the gospel.

Jews (who reject Jesus as the Messiah) do not believe in the resurrection of Jesus from the dead (and would deny that His death on the cross had any atonement significance – but most concede that the historical Jesus of Nazareth died on the cross in history – which Islam denies.

Jews who reject Jesus as The Messiah reject His virgin Birth, resurrection from the dead, etc.

So right off, there is no such thing as the suppossed unity with Islam at all.

James believed in the Lordship of Jesus Christ – James 2:1 –

“My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism.”

“glorious Lord” = boss, sovereign, God in the flesh, resurrected, ascended to heaven, sitting at the right hand of the Father ruling and reigning – Psalm 110:1

James believed in the death and resurrection of Jesus – 1 Corinthians 15:3-8; (especially verse 7) and Galatians 1:18-19

The doctrines of Paul the apostle were the same as Peter, James, and John and the other apostles of Jesus – Galatians chapter 1:18-19 and 2:7-10.
