  1. I think the situation is indeed complex. Out of this complexity there’s a margin where muslims and others (non-muslims) can live all together in tolerance. However, I think there’ll be a time when the situation will reach to a point in which a person has to choose his side. At the end of the day, neither do muslims consider the western secularism to be the ultimate authority to live under, nor does the west consider the Islām to be the ultimate authority to live hnder. Islām and western secularism can be harmonized in some areas, but this harmonization is impossible in other areas.
