The Prophet Muhammad (upon whom be peace) saw a man leave his camel without tying it.

He asked: “Why don’t you tie your camel?” The man said: “I trust God.”

Muhammad replied: “Tie your camel, then trust in God.”

So yes, pray, but also use COMMON SENSE.
