Only God knows the answer for certainty. We cannot know for certainty.
But it is rational to suspect this as having happened especially since he was in a situation where he was making money and fame from the distortions that he was doing.
“Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a Blaze.”
His cancer was in his belly. Not only is the cancer rare but for someone of his age to get is ***extremely*** rare.
It is like someone refuse a 24 carat gold gift from homeless because he thinks impossible homeless could afford it but he accepts a fake gold gift from a nice looking guy wearing nice clothes.
The fact that nabeel had a problem with the prophet Muhammad’s (s.a.w)life but was able to accept the old testament stories of prophets(a.s) and the portrayal of Jesus(a.s.) second coming boggles the mind.
