I watched a brief video of you Paul I believe it was the Sunday that has passed you were debating a Christian who was more so interested as to why you are a muslim. I believe it was recorded by ItsAhmed youtube channel.
I do hope more channels would video you because you do have a good approach to debating and I for one can easily follow and learn from your knowledge.
I would perhaps suggest using a small recording camera attached to your coat or bag strap and recording your debates and uploading on a youtube channel, and furthermore if you have video evidence of confronting extremism then people cannot deny your efforts. 😉
