How is he fabricating scripture? Is he quoting from his own translation?
Your comment that the passover is not a sin offering is beside the point as it does not get to the core of what the passover is. It is just a way of trying to infer that the passover has nothing to do with sin. All the blood offerings make atonement because man is a sinner. No offering can be disconnected with the sinful condition of man as you wrongly imply.

He was reading out of Nehemiah 1:4-9
4 When I heard these words, I sat down and wept and mourned for days; and I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven. 5 I said, āI beseech You, O Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who preserves the covenant and lovingkindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments, 6 let Your ear now be attentive and Your eyes open to hear the prayer of Your servant which I am praying before You now, day and night, on behalf of the sons of Israel Your servants, confessing the sins of the sons of Israel which we have sinned against You; I and my fatherās house have sinned. 7 We have acted very corruptly against You and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the ordinances which You commanded Your servant Moses. 8 Remember the word which You commanded Your servant Moses, saying, āIf you are unfaithful I will scatter you among the peoples; 9 but if you return to Me and keep My commandments and do them, though those of you who have been scattered were in the most remote part of the heavens, I will gather them from there and will bring them to the place where I have chosen to cause My name to dwell.ā
in verse 9 it says “If you return to Me and keep My commandments and do them . . . ”

He admitted he was adding that for emphasis, because all the commandments of the Torah does include the sacrifice commandments.
God’s commandments included the sacrifice commandments of Leviticus chapters 1-7 and 16-17 and Exodus 12 and other places in Numbers, Exodus, etc.
Furthermore, Leviticus 6:1-7 shows that the guilt offering was also to be offered for intentional sins.
Furthermore, many times the burnt offerings are also for sins. (Genesis 8:20-21; Job 1:1-5)
5 When the days of feasting had completed their cycle, Job would send and consecrate them, rising up early in the morning and offering burnt offerings according to the number of them all; for Job said, āPerhaps my sons have sinned and cursed God in their hearts.ā Thus Job did continually.
Job 1:5
Then Noah built an altar to the Lord, and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar. 21 The Lord smelled the soothing aroma; and the Lord said to Himself, āI will never again curse the ground on account of man, for the intent of manās heart is evil from his youth; and I will never again destroy every living thing, as I have done.
Genesis 8:20-21
the curse on the ground was because of Adam and Eve’s sin. (Genesis 3)
“for the intent of man’s heart is evil from his youth” proves that the burnt offerings were sacrifices for sin.
You also said the Passover sacrifices were not for sin!
Idolatry and the pagan gods of Egypt is not sin? Pharaoh’s evil deeds and oppression against the Hebrews was not sin?
Exodus 12:12 – “against all the gods of Egypt I will execute My judgments – I am the LORD”
The sacrifice of blood atonement for the Hebrews protected them from God’s wrath and judgement against the sins of Egypt, paganism, idolatry, and the oppressive wickedness of Pharaoh against the Hebrews.
